Common use of Benefit of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Benefit of Conditions. Except as otherwise specified herein, this Global Bearer Security is subject to the Conditions and the relevant Trust Deed and, until the whole of this Global Bearer Security is exchanged for Definitive Securities, the holder of this Global Bearer Security shall in all respects be entitled to the same benefits as if it were the holder of the Definitive Securities for which it may be exchanged and as if such Definitive Securities had been issued on the Issue Date.
