Benefit of Parties, Successors and Assigns. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained herein shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and their respective successors and assigns and each Holder of a Note, all as herein provided. Any request, notice, direction, consent, waiver or other instrument or action by any Holder of a Note shall bind the successors and assigns of such Holder and any Holder of a Note issued in transfer or exchange of such Note.
