Freely Assignable a. Ownership of the related PV System is freely assignable to a Financing Fund or SAP, as applicable, and a security interest in such PV System may be granted by SAP, without the consent of any Person, except any such consent as has already been obtained.
b. The related Solar Service Agreement and the rights with respect to the related Solar Assets (other than the PV System) are (or in the case of a New Construction Solar Asset (Non-Identified Customer), will be) freely assignable to a Financing Fund or SAP, as applicable, and a security interest in such Solar Assets may be granted by SAP, without the consent of any Person, except any such consent as has already been obtained.
Freely Assignable a. Ownership of the related PV System is freely assignable to a Financing Fund.
b. The related Solar Service Agreement and the rights with respect to the related Solar Assets (other than the PV System) are freely assignable to a Financing Fund.
Freely Assignable. The related Customer Agreement, by its terms, is assignable without consent of the Host Customer or any other Person (subject to the rights of the Lessor under the Master Lease Documents) or, to the extent any consent is required for such assignment, such consent has been obtained. Upon assignment of the Conveyed Property to the Borrower, the Borrower (as Lessee) or its designee will be entitled to receive the payments made by the related Host Customer under such Customer Agreement.
Freely Assignable. The Customer Contract, its related ancillary agreements and the rights with respect to the PV System and/or XXXX System, as applicable, are freely assignable and a security interest in the PV System and/or XXXX System, as applicable, may be granted by the Borrower without the consent of any person, except any such consent which may have been obtained. Such Customer Contract does not contain any provision that purports to restrict the ability of any party to exercise its rights thereunder or under any other Series Securitization Documents.
Freely Assignable. All rights relating to the Intellectual Property granted by Seller shall be freely licensable by Buyer as necessary to operate the Specified Businesses and shall be freely assignable by Buyer in connection with the sale of the Specified Businesses, or to any affiliate, subsidiary or operating unit of Buyer.

Title to the Receivable is freely assignable to the Master Purchaser without the need for the consent of or notice to the Obligor or any other person, unless consent to the assignment to the Master Purchaser has been expressly granted in advance of any assignment to the Master Purchaser to the satisfaction of the Funding Agent;

Upon assignment of the Conveyed Property to the Borrower, the Borrower (or with respect to SLB Solar Assets, the Lessee) will be entitled to receive the payments made by the related Host Customer under such Customer Agreement.
