Benefit of Rights, etc. In this Agreement, the benefit of all representations and warranties, undertakings and all obligations of, respectively, the Borrower and the Junior Creditor made or given in favour of the Security Trustee shall also be made or given in favour of the Secured Parties who shall be entitled to enforce such rights pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore as contemplated by Clause 11.5 (Third Party Beneficiaries).
