Benefit Plan Administration. The Employer has the unilateral right to administer the Medical Services Plan, the Dental Services Plan and the Group Life Insurance Plan, and in particular has the right to unilaterally select the carrier(s) for the various Plans. This unilateral right does not apply to the Extended Health Care Plan. This provision shall not be interpreted to mean that the Employer has the unilateral right to change or modify the coverage or content of the referenced benefits packages.
