Common use of Benefit Plan and Programs Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plan and Programs. While employed by the Company, Executive will be entitled to participate, to the extent eligible thereunder, in all benefit plans and programs maintained from time to time for the Company’s employees, in accordance with the terms thereof in effect from time to time. For purposes of clarification, nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit or otherwise affect the ability of the Company or any of its Affiliates (if applicable) to amend, terminate or otherwise modify any such benefit plan or program now or hereafter in existence in accordance with its terms and applicable law.
