Benefit Plan Information and Changes. a. The Board shall provide the Association with a copy of the current policy in effect for each of the teacher benefit plans, and a copy of any financial/actuarial statements for those benefit plans at the time that they are provided to the Board. b. The coverage under these plans shall not be altered or amended nor the carrier changed without prior consultation with the Association.
