Common use of Benefit Plans and Other Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans and Other Fringe Benefits. Employee and his dependents that are eligible will be permitted to participate in medical, life insurance and disability plans now made available generally by the Company to its employees or which may be made generally available in the future, subject to, and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and administration of each such plan. It will not constitute a breach of this Agreement if the Company unilaterally modifies, reduces or eliminates any of the benefits under any of these plans if such modifications, reduction or elimination applies equally to all similarly situated eligible participants in such plans.
