Common use of Benefits and Burdens Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Burdens. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Company, its successors and assigns, and the Executive, his heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. Because the duties of the Executive hereunder are special, personal and unique in nature, the Executive may not transfer, sell or otherwise assign his obligations under this Agreement.
