Common use of Benefits and Burdens Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Burdens. The provisions of this Lease shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and each of their respective representatives, permitted successors and permitted assigns. Landlord shall have the right, at any time and from time to time, to freely and fully assign all or any part of its interest under this Lease for any purpose whatsoever. Neither Landlord nor any owner of any interest in Landlord whether disclosed or undisclosed, shall be under any personal liability with respect to any of the provisions of this Lease. If Landlord is in breach or default with Tenant's obligations under or in connection with this Lease or otherwise, Tenant shall look solely to the equity of Landlord in the Leased Premises for the satisfaction of Tenant's remedies.
