Benefits for Contract Faculty. The Voluntary Sick Leave Pool may contribute up to a total of 15 weeks of full- pay sick leave to a faculty member. This provision will begin when the District's contribution of 100 days of sick leave at half pay becomes effective. The Voluntary Sick Leave Pool may provide up to 100 days of half-pay sick leave which will coincide with the District's provision of 100 days at half-pay sick leave. In addition, the faculty member may receive up to an additional 25 days of full-pay sick leave.
