Benefits Not Assignable. Except as otherwise required by law, no right or interest of any Participant under the Plan shall be assignable or transferable, in whole or in part, either directly or otherwise, including, without limitation, by execution, levy, garnishment, attachment, pledge or in any other manner, and no attempted transfer or assignment thereof shall be effective.
