Benefits of Base Indenture. Nothing in this Base Indenture, any Series Supplement or in the Notes, express or implied, shall give to any Person, other than the parties hereto and their successors hereunder, the Noteholders, the other Secured Parties and the Rating Agencies, any benefit or any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Base Indenture or any Series Supplement.
