Common use of Benefits/Paid Time Off; Expenses Clause in Contracts

Benefits/Paid Time Off; Expenses. You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s health insurance benefit plans (medical, dental and vision) as well as any life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability plans that are made available to senior executives of the Company, in accordance with the terms of those plans. You will be eligible to accrue paid time off days in accordance with the Company’s vacation and/or paid time off policies. You will also be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket business, entertainment and travel expenses incurred in connection with the performance of your duties hereunder in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and procedures.
