Vacation and Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. Employee agrees to be bound by the policies and procedures set forth by Company related to vacation and paid time off, which at the time of execution of the Agreement and this Schedule is three (3) weeks.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to 20 business days of paid vacation each year, accruing on a monthly basis, and 8 paid holidays each year.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. The Executive shall be eligible for paid vacation and time off in accordance with the policies of the Company applicable to other executives at similar levels of authority with respect to Avadel plc and the Company (currently twenty (20) days per year). The Executive shall also be entitled to the Company’s usual and customary holidays, including two (2) floating holidays each year, to be taken at the Executive’s discretion in accordance with the normal Company paid vacation and time-off policies.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. SpinCo shall, or shall cause another member of the SpinCo Group to, provide vacation, paid time off, and leave benefits to Employees during the Continuation Period (or such longer period required by applicable Law) that are at least as favorable (and take into account the same service) as those provided to Employees under the applicable vacation, paid time off, or leave program immediately prior to the Distribution Date.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. As of the Time of Distribution, the applicable OpCo Group Member shall credit each OpCo Service Provider with the unused vacation days and personal and sickness days that such individual has accrued immediately prior to the Time of Distribution in accordance with the vacation and personnel policies applicable to such employee immediately prior to the Time of Distribution.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. The failure by the Company to provide Xx. Xxxxxxx with at least 95% of the number of paid vacation days or, if applicable, paid time off days to which Xx. Xxxxxxx is entitled on the basis of years of service with the Company in accordance with the Company’s normal vacation policy or the paid time off program (whichever applicable) in effect on the day immediately preceding the day the Change in Control is Consummated (except for across-the-board vacation policy or paid time off program changes or policy or program terminations similarly affecting at least ninety-five percent (95%) of all Executive Employees of the Company).
Vacation and Paid Time Off. (i) The Executive will be entitled to 20 days of paid vacation during each 12-month period commencing on the Effective Date and on each subsequent anniversary thereof (each such 12-month period an “Anniversary Year”) in accordance with the policies and practices of the Corporation in effect from time to time. The Executive will take vacation at such times as are reasonably acceptable to the Corporation having regard to its operations. Any vacation days not used in an Anniversary Year will be automatically rolled over into the next Anniversary Year, provided that the total balance of the Executive’s earned and unused vacation at any point will not exceed the maximum allowable under the terms of the Corporation’s then current vacation policy and that the Executive will not earn or accrue any vacation above that maximum.
(ii) The Executive will be entitled to additional paid time-off in respect of sick days, statutory holidays and Denver office closures in accordance with the Corporation’s policies as in effect from time to time.
Vacation and Paid Time Off. The failure by the Company to provide Executive with the number of paid vacation days or, if applicable, paid time off days to which Executive is entitled on the basis of years of service with a Southern Entity and the Company in accordance with the Company's normal vacation policy or the paid time off program (whichever applicable) in effect on the Employment Date (except for across-the-board vacation policy or paid time off program changes or policy or program terminations similarly affecting at least ninety-five percent (95%) of all employees of the Company).
Vacation and Paid Time Off. The Purchaser shall, or shall cause its Affiliates to, provide vacation benefits to Transferred Employees for so long as they are employed with the Purchaser or its Affiliates that are at least as favorable as those provided under the applicable vacation program of the Purchaser or its Affiliates; provided, however, that each Transferred Employee shall be entitled annually to at least the number of vacation days such Transferred Employee was entitled to under the applicable vacation program of GE or its Affiliates immediately prior to the Closing Date. Effective as of the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall, or shall cause its Affiliates to, assume or retain, as the case may be, all obligations of GE and its Affiliates for the accrued, unused vacation and paid time off of the Product Employees and former employees of the Business, and shall reimburse GE or its Affiliates (other than the Business Subsidiaries) for any accrued and unused vacation and paid time off required to be paid by any of them to any Product Employees or former employees of the Business. GE shall have no obligation or liability to pay or provide any vacation or paid time off payments claimed by any Product Employee on or after the Closing Date.
