Common use of Benefits Plans Clause in Contracts

Benefits Plans. Employee shall be eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit plans including, but not limited to, medical and dental plans, life and disability insurance plans and retirement plans, pursuant to their terms and conditions. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company from terminating or amending any existing employee benefit plan or program from time to time, provided, however, the Company agrees to provide Employee during the term of this Agreement with health, medical, dental, and disability insurance, equivalent in cost and benefits to Employee, to that provided Employee as of the date of this Agreement. The Company further agrees it shall be responsible for any additional incremental costs associated with providing such equivalent insurance benefits and will pay, or reimburse Employee for, all such incremental additional costs.
