Common use of Benefits to extend Clause in Contracts

Benefits to extend. Each party acknowledges that its obligations under this clause 26 constitute promises conferring benefits on each party’s officers, employees and agents that are intended to create, in respect of the benefit, an obligation enforceable by those officers, employees and agents and accordingly, the provisions of the Contracts (Privity) Act 1982 apply to its promises under this clause
