Benefits Upon Transfer. When a member transfers to another State agency or when another State employee transfers into a bargaining unit position, the Board shall fulfill its statutory obligations with regard to accrued State benefits pursuant to Sections 5–239, 5–247, and 5–250 of the Connecticut General Statutes and the appropriate regulations issued pursuant to those Statutes.
