Common use of Benefitted Parties Clause in Contracts

Benefitted Parties. This Guaranty is entered into by the ------------------ Guarantor for the benefit of the Beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of this Guaranty and the Operative Documents. This Guaranty shall not be deemed to create any right in, or to be in whole or in part for the benefit of, any person other than the Beneficiaries and the Guarantor and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
