  • Best Pricing Offer During the Contract term, if substantially the same or a smaller quantity of a Product is sold by the Contractor outside of this Contract upon the same or similar terms and conditions as that of this Contract at a lower price to a federal, state or local governmental entity, the price under this Contract, at the discretion of the Commissioner, shall be immediately reduced to the lower price.   • Monthly Report A. A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation. Each Monthly Report shall be signed, dated, and certified by Concessionaire, Concessionaire’s Bookkeeper, or Accountant, and contain a Statement of Total Gross Receipts, excluding New Jersey State Sales Tax, derived by Concessionaire from operation of the Concession during the previous month. Each Monthly Report shall be based on the daily “Z” tapes or Point-of-Service (POS) device equivalent for that same month showing each day’s sales activity. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to provide the Monthly Report, when due, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 9 and 10. Concessionaire shall provide Department with any additional written clarification and/or information necessary to confirm the accuracy of any or all of Concessionaire’s Monthly Reports.

  • Invoice Certification When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.”

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:

  • Weekly Reports The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion and attach copies of all Requests for Exclusion and objections received.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Detailed Monthly Report Vendor shall electronically provide DIR with a detailed monthly report in the format required by DIR showing the dollar volume of any and all sales under the Contract for the previous calendar month period. Reports are due on the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the month following the month of the sale. If the 15th calendar day falls on a weekend or state or federal holiday, the report shall be due on the next business day. The monthly report shall include, per transaction: the detailed sales for the period, Customer name, invoice date, invoice number, description, quantity, MSRP or List Price, unit price, extended price, Customer Purchase Order number, contact name, Customer’s complete billing address, the estimated administrative fee for the reporting period, subcontractor name, EPEAT designation (if applicable), configuration (if applicable), contract discount percentage, actual discount percentage, negotiated contract price (if fixed price is offered instead of discount off of MSRP), and other information as required by DIR. Each report must contain all information listed above per transaction or the report will be rejected and returned to the Vendor for correction in accordance with this section. Vendor shall report in a manner required by DIR which is subject to change dependent upon DIR’s business needs. Failure to do so may result in contract termination.

  • GRIEVANCE REPORT Attachment I (Grievance Report) will be used in the processing of all grievances.

  • COST REPORT 29 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for each Period, or for a portion thereof, to 30 COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or 31 termination of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance with all 32 applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of this 33 Contract. CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct and indirect costs to and between programs, cost centers, 34 services, and funding sources in accordance with such requirements and consistent with prudent business 35 practice, which costs and allocations shall be supported by source documentation maintained by 36 CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to ADMINISTRATOR upon reasonable notice.
