Common use of Beta or Unsupported Features Clause in Contracts

Beta or Unsupported Features. Certain Services may include Beta Features. Customer understands and agrees that Beta Features are provided “as Is” and any use thereof shall be undertaken solely at Customer’s own risk. Google reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to include or cease providing Beta Features as part of any Services at any lime. For the purpose of clarification Customer shall not be obligated to utilize Beta Features.
