The Beverages/Environmental Awareness clause establishes requirements for the provision and management of beverages in a manner that supports environmental sustainability. Typically, this clause may mandate the use of recyclable or compostable containers, restrict single-use plastics, or require sourcing beverages from environmentally responsible suppliers. Beverages/Environmental Awareness. The Employer shall provide coffee, tea, ice water and other soft beverages and use its best efforts to make them accessible to all on-set Employees. The Employer also shall use its best efforts to supply suitable beverages to off-set Employees working in isolated areas. Further, the Employer shall use its best efforts to supply environmentally compatible containers for all such beverages.
