Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. COMMENCEMENT, DURATION AND TERMINATION 2.1. Cavendish Communications shall provide or arrange for the provision of Wholesale Line Rental Services for the Minimum Term from the date the Lines are connected and operative (“Commencement Date”).
Early Termination Date The date upon which an Early Termination becomes effective as specified in Section 5.2 of this Agreement. Effective Date - The date specified above as the effective date. EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATING DATES A) This Agreement shall be effective from April 1, 2012 – March 31, 2014 and shall remain in force and be binding upon the parties until and thereafter until a new Agreement has been ratified.

On Termination (a) An employee who voluntarily terminates his employment will be provided his final pay on the next regular payday.
Deemed Termination A full-time or regular part-time nurse shall lose all service and seniority and shall be deemed to have terminated if the nurse:

(All contracts in excess of $10,000) Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for cause after giving the vendor an appropriate opportunity an d up to 30 days, to cure the causal breach of terms and conditions. ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for convenience with 30 days notice in writing to the awarded vendor. The vendor would be compensated for work performed and goods procured as of the termination date if for convenience of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members. Any award under this procurement process is not exclusive and the ESC Region 8 and TIPS reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other vendors when it is in the best interest of t he ESC Region 8 and TIPS.
