Common use of Bicycles in the Premises Clause in Contracts

Bicycles in the Premises. Tenant’s employees shall be permitted to bring their Bicycles in the Premises in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.3.2. The right provided to Tenant and its employees to bring Bicycles into the Premises shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) Bicycles may only enter and exit the Building through the Garage entrance; (ii) Bicycles may enter and exit the Building at all times; (iii) Bicycles must be taken directly from the Garage to the Premises via the Building’s freight elevator or another elevator designated by Landlord, which Tenant’s employees shall be entitled to operate at any time, and in no event shall Tenant’s employees bring any Bicycles into or through the ground floor lobby of the Building; (iv) Landlord shall have the right to reasonably designate the path of travel that Tenant’s employees must follow to/from the Garage and the freight elevator, or another elevator designated by Landlord; and (v) in no event shall Tenant permit any bicycles to be located within the Common Areas (other than the Bicycle Storage Area) at any time.

Bicycles in the Premises. Tenant’s employees shall be permitted to bring their Bicycles bicycles in the Premises in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.3.25.4.2. The right provided to Tenant and its employees to bring Bicycles bicycles into the Premises shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) Bicycles bicycles may only enter and exit the Building through the Garage entranceareas reasonably designated by Landlord; (ii) Bicycles may enter and exit the Building at all times; (iii) Bicycles bicycles must be taken directly from the Garage to the Premises via the Building’s freight applicable Building elevator or another elevator reasonably designated by Landlord, Landlord (which Tenant’s employees Tenant shall be entitled to operate use at any timeall times at no additional charge), and in no event shall Tenant’s employees bring any Bicycles into or through the ground floor lobby of either Building other than the BuildingExclusive Use Lobbies; (iviii) Landlord shall have the right to reasonably designate the path of travel that Tenant’s employees must follow to/from the Garage and the freight elevator, or another elevator designated by Landlordfollow; and (viv) in no event shall Tenant permit any bicycles to be located stored or left unattended within the Common Areas (other than the Bicycle Storage AreaArea and other bicycle storage areas reasonably designated by Landlord for non-exclusive use of tenants of the Project) at any time.

Bicycles in the Premises. Tenant’s employees shall be permitted to bring their Bicycles bicycles in the Premises in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.3.229.38.2. The right provided to Tenant and its employees to bring Bicycles bicycles into the Premises shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) Bicycles bicycles may only enter and exit the Building through the Garage entranceparking facilities; (ii) Bicycles bicycles may enter and exit only be brought into portions of the Premises constituting full floors of the applicable Building at all times(including the Sublease Premises as part of the “Premises” for purposes hereof); (iii) Bicycles bicycles must be taken directly from the Garage parking facilities to the Premises via the Building’s freight elevator or another elevator reasonably designated by Landlord, which Tenant’s employees shall be entitled to operate at any time, and in no event shall Tenant’s employees bring any Bicycles into or through the ground floor lobby of the either Building; (iv) Landlord shall have the right to reasonably designate the path of travel that Tenant’s employees must follow to/from the Garage parking facilities and the freight elevator, or another elevator reasonably designated by Landlord; and (v) in no event shall Tenant permit any bicycles to be located within the Common Areas (other than the Bicycle Storage AreaLocker and other bicycle storage areas reasonably designated by Landlord for non-exclusive use of tenants of the Project) at any time.

Bicycles in the Premises. Tenant’s employees shall be permitted to bring their Bicycles in the Premises in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.3.2. The right provided to Tenant and its employees to bring Bicycles into the Premises shall be subject to the following terms and conditions: (i) Bicycles may only enter and exit the Building Buildings through the Garage entranceParking Facilities; (ii) Bicycles may enter and exit the Building Buildings at all times; (iii) Bicycles must be taken directly from the Garage Parking Facilities to the Premises via the Building’s Buildings’ freight elevator elevators or another elevator designated by Landlord, which Tenant’s employees shall be entitled to operate at any time, and in no event shall Tenant’s employees bring any Bicycles into or through the ground floor lobby of the BuildingBuildings; (iv) Landlord shall have the right to reasonably designate the path of travel that Tenant’s employees must follow to/from the Garage Parking Facilities and the freight elevatorelevators, or another elevator designated by Landlord; and (v) in no event shall Tenant permit any bicycles to be located within the Common Areas (other than the Bicycle Storage AreaArea or in designated bicycle racks installed by Landlord at the Project) at any time.

Bicycles in the Premises. Tenant’s 's employees shall be permitted to bring their Bicycles in into the Premises in accordance with the terms of this Section 5.3.228.4.2. The right provided to Tenant and its employees to bring Bicycles into the Premises shall be subject to the following terms and conditionsTCCs: (i) the access to and storage of Bicycles may only enter and exit in the Building through the Garage entrance; Premises shall be subject to all Applicable Laws, (ii) Bicycles may enter and exit the Building at all timesonly through the Parking Facilities; (iii) Bicycles must be taken directly from the Garage to the Premises via the Building’s freight elevator or another elevator designated by Landlord, which Tenant’s employees shall be entitled to operate at any timeelevator, and in no event shall Tenant’s 's employees bring any Bicycles into or through the ground floor lobby of the Building; (iv) Landlord shall have the right to reasonably designate the path of travel that Tenant’s 's employees must follow to/from the Garage and the freight elevator, or another elevator designated by Landlorduse; and (v) in no event shall Tenant permit any bicycles Bicycles to be located stored or left unattended within the Common Areas (other than the Bicycle Storage AreaArea and other Bicycle storage areas as may be reasonably designated by Landlord for non-exclusive use of tenants of the Project) at any time.
