Common use of Bid Alteration/Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

Bid Alteration/Withdrawal. A submitted response to a solicitation cannot be altered or amended after the solicitation deadline, except by formal negotiation via the RFO/RFP processes. Any alteration made before the solicitation deadline is to be initialed by Vendor or the Vendor’s authorized agent. Vendors are not allowed to withdraw their submitted response after the solicitation deadline without approval by TWC.
