Common use of Bidder’s List Clause in Contracts

Bidder’s List. For information purposes, Boeing will submit to Customer a bidder’s list of existing suppliers of seats and galleys one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the supplier selection date(s) referred to in paragraph 2 (i) above.

Bidder’s List. For information purposes, Boeing will submit to Customer a bidder’s list of existing suppliers of seats and galleys one hundred twenty within 120 days of the supplier selection date referred to in paragraph 2.1 (120i) above. Request for Quotation (RFQ). Approximately 90 days prior to the supplier selection date(s) referred date. Boeing will issue its RFQ inviting potential bidders to in paragraph 2 (i) abovesubmit bids for the galleys and seats within 30 days of the selection date.
