Common use of Bidder’s List Clause in Contracts

Bidder’s List. The TJPA will create and maintain a bidders list, consisting of information about allSBE and non-SBE firms that bid or quote on its contracts. The bidders list will include the name, address, SBE/non-SBE status, age, and annual gross receipts of firms. The TJPA has incorporated a “Bidders/Proposers Information Request Form,” (Attachment A) hereto into its solicitation documents, requiring that bidders/proposers provide all requested information in their submissions.
