Common use of Bidder’s List Clause in Contracts

Bidder’s List. The TJPA will create and maintain a bidders list, consisting of information about all DBE and non-DBE firms that bid or quote on its DOT-assisted contracts. The bidders list will include the name, address, DBE/non-DBE status, age, and annual gross receipts of firms. The TJPA has incorporated a “Bidders/Proposers Information Request Form,” (Attachment A) hereto into its solicitation documents, requiring that bidders/proposers provide all requested information in their submissions.
