Common use of Bidders to Investigate Clause in Contracts

Bidders to Investigate. Bidders are required to submit their Bids upon the following express conditions which shall apply to and be deemed a part of every Bid received, viz: Bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examinations of the site of the work and by such other means as they may wish, as to the actual conditions there existing, the character and requirements of the Work, the difficulties attendant upon its execution, and the accuracy of all estimated quantities stated in the Bid.
