BIDDING OF DIRECT NON-SALARY ITEMS (unless more restrictive. municipal laws apply) For all contracts other than personal services in excess of $5,000, the consultant shall solicit a number of quotes from qualified subcontractors so that at least three (3) quotes will be received. For all contracts other than personal services in excess of $20,000 except printing contracts in excess of $10,000, the consultant shall solicit a number of sealed bids from qualified subcontractors so that at least three (3) bids will be received. The consultant shall then enter into a subcontract with the lowest bidder or entity submitting the lowest quotation who is fully responsive to the invitation to submit a quote/bid.
