BIDDING OR NEGOTIATION TASK. 2.5.1 The Consultant, shall be required to review and comply with CCPRC's procurement code and assist the Owner in preparing bid documents by providing technical plans and specifications, project description (scope of work), approved special considerations for inclusion in the solicitation/bid, attend pre-bid meetings and document contractors questions and meeting minutes. The Consultant shall assist Owner with negotiations of the construction contract, as a technical advisor of the plans and specifications, in regards to opinion of realistic pricing and quality assurance, and only at the request by CCPRC if deemed necessary.

  • Initiating Negotiations A. Upon written request by the Association to the Board, or by the Board to the Association, after September 1 and no later than November 1, the Board and the Association will arrange for negotiation as provided for herein.

  • Annual Negotiations Negotiations will be conducted each year according to the ground rules as mutually agreed upon prior to negotiations. Ground Rules (see APPENDIX F - GROUND RULES) used at the previous year's sessions will serve as the basis for discussing any changes before adopting ground rules for the current negotiating sessions.   • Arm’s Length Negotiations The price of the Offered Securities set forth in this Agreement was established by the Company following discussions and arms-length negotiations with the Representatives and the Company is capable of evaluating and understanding and understands and accepts the terms, risks and conditions of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement;

  • Exclusive Negotiations The State will not bargain collectively or meet with any employee organization other than MSEA-SEIU with reference to terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement.   • Conducting Negotiations 5-2-1 The Association and the District agree that negotiations shall be guided by the following procedures, which may be modified at any time by mutual consent. 5-2-2 The parties agree to negotiate in good faith. Good faith is defined as an honest attempt to resolve issues, which arise during the negotiations process. Both parties agree to present reasonable proposals, which demonstrate educational and fiscal responsibility. The obligations of good faith negotiations does not compel either party to agree or to make concessions on a specific issue. 5-2-3 The parties agree that the primary teams at the table for each side will be limited to a mutually agreed upon number of participants. A majority of each team shall be District employees.
