BIENNIUM AND RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS. a. As the current General Assembly cannot commit a future General Assembly to expenditure, this Agreement shall expire no later than the end of the current biennium. If the completion date of this Agreement goes beyond any current biennium then at that time OOD may renew the remaining time of this Agreement on the same terms and conditions by giving written notice to contractor prior to the end of the current biennium, otherwise this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the then current biennium.
