Your Pay is the account for which you selected when initiating a Bill Payment. Through the Bill Payment Service, you can pay bills from your Bill Pay Account to: Business Payees any business, merchant, or professional that generates a bill or invoice for products or services provided to you on your behalf and that has an address we can verify; Individual Payees payments made to individuals, family, or friends for non-business purposes. The Initiation is the date you enter Online Banking when setting up a bill payment. You may set up the following types of bill payments: Single Payments a payment to be made to a payee at one time Recurring Payments payments of fixed amounts to a single payee at recurring intervals (e.g., weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually). Payments for these payees will be your sole responsibility if delayed or improperly processed or credited. Funds must be available in your Bill Pay Account, including overdraft lines of credit, on the scheduled Payment Initiation Date. If your Bill Pay Account does not have sufficient available funds to make a payment; transactions may be approved that overdraw your account. -Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee may be charged to your account for each NSF transaction, whether paid or returned. If your Bill Pay Account does not have sufficient available funds to make a payment, American Community Bank & Trust shall have no obligation or liability if it does not complete a transfer or payment because there are insufficient available funds in your account to process a transaction. In all cases, you are responsible for either making alternate arrangements for the payment or rescheduling the payment through Online Bill Pay. Transactions may be approved that overdraw your account. Fees may apply. American Community Bank & Trust may pay any item that is presented following the lapse of any stop payment order. American Community Bank & Trust is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement. With respect to any negative balance caused by honoring either a paper or electronic payment, you agree to reimburse us, for any funds we have already paid to one or more of your designated merchants or financial institution which we were unable to recover by debit to the actual due date merchant or financial institution. You agree that we may impress and enforce a statutory lien upon your accounts with us to the extent that you owe us any money and we may enforce our right to do so without further notice to you. We have the Bank has right to set-off any of your money or property in our possession against any amount you owe us. The right of set-off and our impressed lien does not refused the transaction if the Bank reasonably believed such refusal extend to any Xxxxx, XXX, or similar tax deferred deposit you may have with us. If your account is necessary for security reasonsowned jointly, if you meet each our right of set-off and our impressed lien extends to any amount owed to us by any of the following conditions:joint owners. In the event that you do not comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, or in the event that your payment instruction is not made in time for us to process your payment prior to the due date required by a particular merchant or financial institution, you will be liable for all penalties and late fees imposed, and we will not be liable for any such penalties or fees. Without limiting the foregoing, AFFCU shall also not be liable for late charges, interest, penalties, or other amounts incurred by you or any for any failure to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of any deposits or payment(s) so long as AFFCU has complied with the provisions of this Agreement. Unless otherwise required by law, the Credit Union will not be liable to you under any circumstances for special, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or attorneys’ fees, even if we are advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. Bill Payment Service. The Bill Payment Service permits you to use You can arrange, at your Internet-enabled device to direct payments option, for the payment of your current, future and recurring bills from your designated online Bill Pay Account to third parties you wish to payAccount. Your Pay is the account for which you selected when initiating a Bill Payment. Through the For Bill Payment Service, your Payee list may include utility companies, merchants, financial institutions, insurance companies, individuals, etc. within the United States whom you can wish to pay bills from through Bill Payment Service. Please include the full name of the Payee and a complete mailing address and telephone number for each Payee, along with your Bill Pay Account to: Business Payees account number with the Payee, the amount of the Payment, and whether the Payment is recurring. The Bank reserves the right to decline to make Payments to certain persons and entities. American Community Bank & Trust is only responsible for exercising ordinary care in processing and sending payments upon your authorization in accordance with this Agreement.
