TUH and its attending physicians shall have sole responsibility for billing third-party payers, including Medicare and Medicaid, for all patient care services, including, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, for services provided by TUH’s attending physicians in conjunction with the supervision of the RESIDENTS.
