Billing and Payment Methods. 6.1 If the vPayment Account(s) has a balance for outstanding Charges in our favor, then at the agreed point of billing, We will send you a statement showing the balance due and the Charges (e.g. Fees and Transactions) occurring over the previous billing period, in a form determined by us. Unless agreed otherwise. 6.2 We reserve the right not to send a statement if no transactions occurred in the billing period or if the balance is zero. 6.3 The outstanding statement amount must be settled using one of the payment methods accepted by us.
