The Interconnection Customer shall pay 100% of required Interconnection Facilities, and any other charges as required in Appendix 2 pursuant to the milestones specified in Appendix 4. The Interconnection Customer shall pay 100% of required Upgrades and any other charges as required in Appendix 6 pursuant to the milestones specified in Appendix 4.
