Billing And Recording. 7.5.1 Carrier will record its terminating minutes of use for all intercompany calls. Carrierwill perform the necessary call recording and rating for its respective portions of an interchanged call. Xxxxxxxxxxxx be responsible for billing and collection from their respective Customers. Carriershall use procedures that record and measure actual usage for purposes of providing invoices to the other Party pursuant to this Agreement. 7.5.2 Carrier shall separately list on its bill to Telco for reciprocal compensation for total paging calls and MOUs representing Third Party Traffic. Carrier shall deduct twenty-five percent (25%) from the amount of total paging calls and MOUs on its bill to Telco for reciprocal compensation. This adjustment will account for Third Party Traffic delivered to Carrier over the Interconnection Trunks. 7.5.3 Carrier will invoice Telco for reciprocal compensation by state, based on the terminating location of the page. Carrier will display the CLLI code(s) associated with the Trunk through which the exchange of traffic between Telco and Carrier takes place as well as the number of total paging calls and MOUs for each inbound Facility route.
