Common use of Billing - Caged and Cageless Physical Collocation Clause in Contracts

Billing - Caged and Cageless Physical Collocation. 8.5.3.1 Payment for the remaining nonrecurring charges shall be upon the RFS date. Upon completion of the construction activities and payment of the remaining nonrecurring charges, CenturyLink will schedule a walk through of the space with CLEC. If CenturyLink, despite its best efforts, including notification through the contact number on the Collocation Application, is unable to schedule the walk through with CLEC within twenty-one (21) Days of the RFS, CenturyLink shall activate the monthly recurring charges.
