Security Charge. The fee due to costs for safety measurements made by the company at the airport, as laid down by the government, according to the number of passengers, the moment the aircraft takes-off from the airport for a scheduled or non-scheduled commercial flight or another kind of flight indicated by the government.

Security Charge. (a) In consideration for the Company agreeing to provide to the Customer the Goods and/or Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Customer and the Guarantor each charge the whole of each or any of their interest in any personal property, including the Goods provided under this Agreement, and land the Customer or the Guarantor own from time to time in the Company’s favour to secure each of the Customer’s and the Guarantor’s performance of each of their obligations under this Agreement. (b) Each of the Customer and the Guarantor agree that the Company can register: (i) an absolute Caveat, in reliance on the Charge in clause 8(a), against the Certificates of Title of any of the Customer’s and/or the Guarantor’s interest in any land to secure each of the Customer’s and the Guarantor’s performance of their obligations under the Agreement; and (ii) 1 or more Financing Statement on the PPSR to record and to better secure the Customer’s and the Guarantor’s obligations under this Agreement. (c) The Customer acknowledges that the terms of this Agreement constitute a Security Agreement, which creates a Security Interest in the Company’s favour in all of the Customer’s present and after acquired property to secure the Purchase Price and/or the Outstanding Debt owing by the Customer to the Company from time to time. Customer Sign: Guarantor Sign: Guarantor Sign: Guarantor Sign: (d) The Customer accepts, acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the Company can, register its Security Interest on the PPSR without prior notice to the Customer; and (ii) under section 275(6) of the PPSA, the Customer agrees the Company is not required to disclose to an interested person information pertaining to the Security Interest unless required to do so pursuant to the PPSA or at law. (e) The Customer agrees to: (i) sign any further documents and/or provide any further information (which information the Customer warrants to be complete, accurate and up-to-date in all respects) which the Company reasonably requires to enable it to perfect its Security Interest; (ii) give the Company not less than 14 days written notice of any proposed change in the customer’s name and/or any other changes in its details (including but not limited to, changes in the Customer’s Directorship, their address, facsimile number, email address, trading name or business practice); (iii) indemnify the Company against any costs the Company incurs in perfecting and maintaining its Security Interests constituted by ...

Security Charge. A Security Fee will be imposed with respect to all private functions taking place in the Synagogue . The amount of the Security Fee will be based on the Synagogue’s cost of providing security beginning one half hour before the start of the function and ending one-half hour after the completion of the function. The number of security guards required will be determined at the sole discretion of the Synagogue. The Security Fee is payable at the time the balance of the Facility Use Fee is due.
Security Charge. In order to better secure to Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum all moneys payable or to become payable pursuant to this Agreement, the Customer hereby: a. charges in favour of Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum any and all right, title, estates or interest which the Customer has or may hereinafter acquire from time to time in any freehold or leasehold property (collectively referred to as the ‘Customer’s Property’) to secure the payment of all such moneys payable or to become payable by the Customer under this Agreement; b. acknowledges that the charge granted by the Customer in this clause gives rise to a caveatable interest and permits Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum to lodge and maintain caveat against the title to the Customer’s Property and undertakes not to challenge any caveat so lodged; c. agrees to do everything reasonably necessary to give effect to this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by it and to use all reasonable endeavours to cause relevant third parties to do likewise; d. agrees to effect and maintain insurance over and in relation to the Customer’s Property for amounts against risks; e. agrees that Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum may exercise all rights conferred by the laws of Tasmania upon chargees upon the failure of the Customer to pay any amounts owing under this Agreement or if the Customer fails to comply with any other obligations under this Agreement; f. agrees if Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum becomes entitled to sell or otherwise dispose of the Customer’s Property any sale or disposal may; i. be by private treaty, auction, tender or otherwise; ii. for cash or with the deferral of whole or part of the purchase price (without or without interest or security); iii. in one lot or in separate parcels; iv. in conjunction with the sale or disposal in relation to any other property by another person, with full power to apportion costs, expenses, purchase money, rent, fees and other proceeds; and v. upon terms and conditions that Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum determines, whether or not Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum has taken possession. g. Upon default under this Agreement, Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum may, without limiting Xxxxxxx’x Petroleum rights at law; i. enter, take possession of, take control of and get in the Customer’s Property; ii. receive rents and profits derived from the Customer’s Property; iii. insure, maintain, improve and protect the Customer’s Property; and iv. lease, licence or hire out the Customer’s Property. h.
