Billing Procedures for Legal Services Provided by Indigents. The Attorney should submit a monthly invoice and Monthly Case Log for each month’s services. The Monthly Case Log should summarize his/her appointments and case activity each month. Invoices and Case Logs are to be submitted no earlier than the 10th day of the month in which services are provided.
