Binding Effect of Contract. This Contract shall not be binding on either party until executed by both Purchaser and Seller. Neither the Escrow Agent’s nor the Broker’s execution of this Contract shall be a prerequisite to its effectiveness. Subject to Section 13.3, this Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Seller and Purchaser, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Binding Effect of Contract. This Contract shall be binding upon the successors, assigns, executors, and administrators of the parties herein.

The LESSOR expressly warrants and represents that in case the leased premises is sold or conveyed to, or encumbered in favor of, a party other than the LESSEE, it shall make the necessary provisions to the end that the LESSEE's rights of lease under this Contract remain in full force and effect. At least seven (7) days prior to said sale, LESSOR shall inform the LESSEE of the identity and address of the perspective buyer or buyers or its agent.
Binding Effect of Contract. This contract shall be binding on the heirs, administrators, executors, successors or assigns of both parties.
