Binding Effect of Project Documents. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of the CC&Rs, Association Ground Lease, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of Campus View II Maintenance Association and any and all rules, regulations, agreements, or other documents establishing in whole or in part the plan for use, enjoyment, maintenance, and preservation of the Campus View II Condominiums shall be binding upon Buyer and every other occupant of the Condominium Unit purchased by Buyer, as well as purchasers acquiring title by judicial or non-judicial foreclosure or by deed in lieu thereof under any mortgage or deed of trust.
