Binding Effect of Proposal. After the issuance of the Approval Order by the Court, subject to satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent, the Proposal shall be implemented by the Company and shall be fully effective and binding on the Company and all Persons affected by the Proposal. Without limitation, the treatment of Affected Creditor Claims under the Proposal shall be final and binding on the Company, the Affected Creditors, and all Persons affected by the Proposal and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. For greater certainty, this Proposal shall have no effect upon Unaffected Creditors.
