BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. This Release shall be binding on the Executive, and upon the Executive’s heirs, administrators, representatives, executors, successors and permitted assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the Company, its related entities, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, and to its administrators, executors, successors and assigns. The Executive expressly warrants that the Executive has not transferred to any person or entity any rights, causes of action, or claims released in the Release.
