BINDING EFFECTIVE AGREEMENT. Section One This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns. Section Two This Agreement constitutes the sole and entire existing Agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior practices, whether oral or written, and expresses all obligations of, and restrictions upon, the District and the Union.
