Binding on Parties. This Agreement, and all the terms and provisions hereof, shall be binding on the parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. The parties shall defend, indemnify and hold the other parties harmless from any claim or action brought by any third party related to this Agreement or any claim or matter released herein.
