Electronic Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of electronic (facsimile or PDF) counterparts, any one of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall be one and the same instrument.
Electronic Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparties, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which when taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A signed counterpart of this Agreement transmitted by telecopier, facsimile, or as a .pdf, .jpeg, .TIFF or other electronic format as an attachment to an electronic transmission shall also be deemed an original and effective for all purposes.

Electronic Counterparts. Any signature to this agreement may be delivered by facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf) or any electronic signature complying with the U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000 or the New York Electronic Signature and Records Act or other transmission method and any counterpart so delivered shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid and effective for all purposes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The foregoing also applies to any amendment, extension or renewal of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Electronic Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, which may be delivered electronically, via facsimile or by other means. Each electronic or facsimile signature shall be deemed to be an original, and all such counterparts (including those delivered electronically or via facsimile), when taken together, shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument.
