Biologic Data Reporting. SNWA shall report the results of all monitoring and sampling pursuant to this Agreement in an annual monitoring report that shall be submitted to the Parties and the Nevada and Utah State Engineers’ Office by no later than March 31 of each year that this Agreement is in effect.
