DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with XXX. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to any and all sections of this contract and requested by and in the format require by the LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A.

DATA REPORTING. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide to the LEA all data related to student information and billing information with XXX. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide data related to all sections of this contract, including student discipline as noted below, and requested by and in the format required by the LEA. It is understood that all NPS/A shall utilize the LEA approved electronic IEP system for all IEP development, service tracking documentation, and progress reporting, unless otherwise agreed to by the LEA. Additional progress reporting may be required by the LEA. The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTOR with appropriate software, user training and proper internet permissions to allow adequate access. Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and XXX, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTOR with approved forms and/or format for such data including, but not limited to, invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTOR’S provided forms at their discretion.
DATA REPORTING. 1. Maintain and adhere to data system software and encrypted portable computer device updates, and interface capability requirements for each computer located within the facility, and as specified in the Contract and required by County.
DATA REPORTING. Licensee is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data it submits to Xxxxxx Mae’s systems, and Xxxxxx Mae does not have any obligation to authenticate the source of, or verify the accuracy of, any such data. Licensee is solely responsible for the back‐up and restoration of its data and other materials.

For students in grades 9–12, CONTRACTOR will be required to submit work-based learning data that will provide additional opportunities for students to demonstrate their preparedness for college/career through the College/Career Indicator (CCI) on the California School Dashboard. CONTRACTORS will need to track the work-based learning programs/activities and report this information to the LEA/SELPA.

CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA pupils enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s nonpublic school or nonpublic agency. The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS- provided forms at their discretion.
DATA REPORTING. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide to the LEA, all data related to students who are served by the CONTRACTOR. This shall include any and all data related to any section of this Master Contract, including but not limited to student information and billing information. The specific format of the data to be provided shall be determined between the LEA and CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall not enter into a contract with a third party for the purpose of providing cloud-based services including but not limited digital storage, management and retrieval of pupil records or to provide digital educational software that authorizes such third party to access, store, and use pupil records, unless CONTRACTOR has obtained prior written authorization from LEA in compliance with Education Code section 49073.1. The LEA may provide the CONTRACTOR with approved forms and/or format for such data, including but not limited to, approved electronic IEP systems, invoicing, attendance reports, and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTOR-provided forms at LEAs discretion.
DATA REPORTING. If the Licensed Application is designed to facilitate the reporting or other provision of data to Xxxxxx Xxx, Licensee shall be responsible for (a) the accuracy and completeness of any such data, and (b) assuring that the proper Licensee personnel review and approve any notification, information or request submitted to Xxxxxx Xxx (whether by means of the Licensed Application or otherwise) prior to its transmission. Xxxxxx Xxx is hereby authorized to conclusively rely on the accuracy and genuineness of any information conveyed to Xxxxxx Xxx using such Licensed Application or otherwise, and shall be under no obligation to authenticate the source of, or verify the accuracy of, any such information. Licensee is solely responsible for the back-up and restoration of its data and other materials.
