The project’s scope was expanded in 2004 to include phase 1 of the Bisalpur water supply system (BWSS), which was to comprise an intake pump station, a raw water pipeline, a 400 million liters per day (mld) water treatment plant (WTP), a high-lift pump station, a 100 kilometer (km) treated water line, and electrical works.
